Kiwi Can

Today I am going to  blog about Kiwi Can.Every Wednesday we go to Kiwi Can. All of the classes have different times, Rimu Class go after morning tea. WHen we do Kiwi Can we Have a theme,which is respect this term. we also have a model, which is Respect for our community. we talk about our theme and model.We also play games to help us understand. THis is what we do in kiwi can and we also have awesome kiwi can leaders Nate and Maia they have helped us understand and have teached us a lot.

It Is time to reflect on our year

It has been a great 3 terms with our fantastic teacher Miss Waho and our amazing Rimu class. We have had an awesome year with literacy,numeracy and many other things. We had a great Pasifika performance. It was one of the biggest moments of the year. In Term One we had two student teachers their names were Miss Barr and Stacey. Miss Barr did some crayon rubbing art. It was a really fun thing because we got to design what we wanted to draw. Here is a photo of it. 

In Term Two we had another student teacher called Miss Tapuke. She taught us some Samoan songs. Here is the link to them.

In Term Three we were learning about the Olympics. We did a matrix. It had alot of different activities on that we could do independently.We also went Skiing as a whole senior hub. It was one of the best trips ever!
I am looking forward to finishing our art and doing our big Kapahaka performance.
My goals for the term are to improve keyboard skills so I can improve my writing. I would also really like to improve my Maori language.

Welcome back to a new term. Today rimu class started a new website called typing club. We are using it so it can improve our typing skills.here is a link to the website
