food for thought

Food For Thought


Today we had another session of food for thought. We were learning how much sugar, fat and sodium are in fizzy drinks.  We also lookd on the back of cereal boxes and saw how much fat, sugar,sodium,dietary fibre and energy.The cereals that you should eat every day are weet bix and rolled oats.  You should start drinking coffee when you are 25 because before you are 25 you are still producing calcium to make your bones stronger. Children should  be having only 5 teaspoons of sugar a day!

here are some of the  drinks that you should not drink and some that you should like water .
